Long before Canada and Britain had an affair, and even longer before Canada and America became partners, Canada and France had an affair. As a product of this love, French-Canada was born but was abandoned his parents in favor of America. Quebec now rebels against his parents and claims independence from Canada, forging an identity of his own.

I was thinking about Hetalia the other night and I suddenly thought, what about Quebec? Of course, he would be the love child of France and Canada and would be angry because he wants independence and was abandoned by them. France lost Canada back in the 1700s anyway.

And so Quebec was born! I tried to give him some Canadian characteristics and French characteristics, mainly combining their hair. I had no idea what clothes to put him in, so I googled traditional Quebec clothing and found this interesting looking winter uniform of sorts and thought it looked good: [link]

I hope I haven't made any mistakes in clothing Quebec. I'm French Canadian way back, but I know nothing about Quebec really XD

I drew him in the chibi style of Hidekaz Himaruya and tried to imitate his coloring as best I could. I tried to match the background of the cards as best I could with just PS, but it's not as perfect as it could be.
